Due to the nature of our Print on Demand apparel, we have a strict No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds policy. All returning packages to our Partnering Printing Facilities will be disposed of immediately due to the Print on Demand nature of the products. Your customer experience is very important to us and we strive to make your online shopping trip as enjoyable as possible. We have been in business since 2009 and in the decade that we have been around, we had but 3 returns. The sizing charts provided are from the manufacturers of the apparel themselves and are accurate. When in doubt, please do use a measuring tape. In the very unlikely event that you are still unhappy with your order and would like to to raise an inquiry, please contact us and we will work out a solution for you. We will only entertain an inquiry if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). If you made a mistake in ordering the wrong size, color, design or have buyer's remorse, we apologize in advance that we will not be able to accept your inquiry. If you are shipping back the product, you will be doing it at your own cost and we will only refund the cost of the product to you. The package must be shipped to our returns warehouse in Thailand, insured with tracking by a common courier.
