We work with a network of DTG printers & factories across the world. When you place an order, we will try to get your order fulfilled as close to your country as possible.
We only offer 1 mode of affordable shipping with tracking. Cost of shipping will be shown during checkout. You will be updated with the tracking # once available.
1.) Credit/Debit Card via Paypal. 2.) Bank Transfer/Paynow for Singapore based customers.
If you wish to pay in your currency, do let us know and we will issue you a manual invoice via Paypal in your currency. Do note though that the conversion rates applies.

Printing and processing takes anything from 5 to 10 business days +/- depending on the queue for print upon confirmation of receipt of payment. Once your order has been printed and shipped out, you will receive a notification via email. If you are in a rush, please contact us before making an order.
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your item(s) may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and may be collected upon delivery. The sizing chart provided on all product pages comes direct from the apparel manufacturers themselves, the error of margin is close to zero. If in doubt, do measure using a measuring tape. If you are too lazy to use a measuring tape, then measure a t-shirt you already owed. We do not advise customer on the size to purchase.

Yes, that is possible, due to the nature of our products, we are able to have the design on a variety of apparel ranging from tank tops to long tee to rashguard, contact us via our live chat, email or contact form and talk to our customer service executives.

Nothing is wrong, the weight is being used as a benchmark for the shipping to the different countries. As not all our partnering printing facilities have all the same type of apparel, we need to make adjustments.
All visuals on our website are digital mockups and our apparel are DTG printed, thus the print will appear bigger on the smaller size apparel and smaller on the bigger size apparel. As a general guideline, We will always max out the visual on your apparel.
Yes, we do offer discount periodically on our socials & blog. Do follow us for more details. We also offer bulk discounts for orders starting with 5 pieces of apparel and up.
Our wholesale program is different from the regular wholesale program that you see for other brands. As our apparel are all DTG printed, we have decided to directly provide wholesale customers with the printable file formats so that you actually get to earn some real money.
Due to the high cost associated with Express Shipping, we do not offer that. However, if you are interested, check with us.
